How to display Idealien Rideshare form on the front side of the website

  • Hi,
    I installed and activated both the Idealien Rideshare & Gravity Forms + Custom Post Types. However i’m failing to have the Idealien form display on the front of the site, so that drivers can fill in their travel plans and passengers can search. How do i make the form display on the front page of the website?

    I would also like to know if this plug in can be linked and compartible with online payment platforms.

    Don’t mind if i ask ridiculous questions, i’m quite a baby in this sector?

    I have tried to read and follow the installation guide, and when it come to importing the form, i fail. How do i get this form (dealien-rideshare/form/v0.2-rideshare-gravityforms)?

    I had tried to export rideshare, it creates this file (meyouride.wordpress.2014-07-25.xml), which i save and and tried to import using gravity form but it can’t import anything and gives the failure error below:
