    Hello @marksmio

How to configure Bit File Manager permissions effectively for logged-in users, please follow the steps below:

    • Navigate to the Permission Page:
From your WordPress left sidebar, go to the Bit File Manager permission page.
    • Add Shortcode to Page:
Add the Bit File Manager shortcode to your chosen page. This page will determine the accessibility of your directory for all users or guest users.
    • Set MIME Types and Size Permissions:
Adjust the “Allowed MIME types and size” permissions to control which file types users can access from your directory.
    • Configure Folder Options:
Choose the folder options that suit your needs:
      • Enable a common folder for everyone
      • Enable separate folders for each user (your need)
      • Enable folders for each user role
    • Define Role and User Permissions:
Set role permissions, guest permissions, or specific user permissions through the permission settings.

    Best Regards,
    Al Mizan,
    Bit Apps Team.
