How to display Facebook Likes / Twitter Favorites?

I installed the indieweb plugin on mexico.flowfx.de and, without any edits to the theme, successfully reel in Facebook and Twitter likes and comments via bridgy. I’ve had Tweets displayed correctly. But how do I display the Likes and Favs? What do I have to put into the theme template? I couldn’t find any documentation about this.
