How to display different promo code for each vistor

Hi,
On my website I will be doing a promotion for a carwash. I will have a big list of single use promotional codes. When the visitor visits a particular page, I want to display one of the codes.
Each time a new visitor opens that page, I need a different code to display.

Is there some sort of plugin that can accomplish this?

Ideally, it would allow me to batch upload the codes, then display each one only once. Also, I would like to prevent the same visitor from getting multiple codes if possible.

Any ideas on how to accomplish this?
