Yes, you can: Popular Posts Feed. And MailChimp just happens to have something called RSS-To-Email, I haven’t tried it myself yet but perhaps this is what you’re looking for?

I want to send out the most popular posts a day, is there a short code I can embed in the newsletter automatically and send out daily?

WordPress Popular Posts has its own shortcode, yes: [wpp]. If the solution you’re using to send emails out can parse and render WordPress shortcodes then check out the [wpp] shortcode documentation to get started (and if you have any questions regarding the shortcode itself please feel free to ask.)

You got the URL wrong. It should be /feed/popular-posts, not /popular-posts/feed.

It says page can’t be found:

https://citizenwatchreport.com/feed/popular-post

Did you follow the installation instructions? If you didn’t (or if you’re not sure you followed them correctly) please review the documentation and try again.

Edit: Also it’s /feed/popular-posts, not /feed/popular-post
