How to display custom post types in breadcrumbs

Hello !
I would like to add in my breadcrumbs, the “post type” that is currently display.

For example, I have :

HOME > My Custom Post Title

and I want :

HOME > Custom Post Type > My Custom Post Title

Is that possible easily ?
