How to display custom fields in product page

Actually my project is related art gallery e-commerce site, where for each product there is diff artist so the client requirement is need to display the related artist page URL (link)in each product. So if the user clicks the artist name in the product so it will open the related artist page. So can please guide how to display the list of pages in individual product where client I want to create a custom page list where to display the list of pages in product page and user can select the page(tick mark) and need to display in the product page.
