How to display custom cart fields only in order email

    Dear cart abandonement recovery creators,

    I am using cart notices to display customer infos in our checkout pages.

    If I create a text field and add the same info in additional sections area, I am getting the text displayed in checkout page too, but I only want to get this text displayed in order emails, as that info is already added as chart notice in the checkout detail page.

    In your plugin settings, there is no option found to “display only text in emails”.
    If I uncheck “Display in order details Pages” then the textbox is still displayed in order details pages.

    How am I able to create text areas only displayed in order emails?

    Hello @2buy,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    The cart abandonment recovery plugin captures the email from the checkout page and sends the recovery emails if the order is not placed within the specified time. ( Default 15 Min. )

    The cart abandonment plugin does not handle or interfere with the checkout fields, and notes added on the checkout page.

    Also, when an order is placed, the order email is sent by the Woocommerce, not by the cart abandonment plugin. Our plugin sends a simple reminder email about the abandoned cart with the checkout page link.

    Hope it clarifies. Let us know if I am missing anything.
