How to display category descriptions

hello

Please let me know how to display category descriptions.

I want to use category descriptions via bogo. and find The bogo_terms_translation filter like below.

Then I was able to translate using “Terms Translation”.
However the category descriptions do not display to translated.
Is there a mistake in the use of template tags like below?

<p class="text"><?php echo $parentCategory->category_description; ?></p>
