    Hi,

we sell items in countries that use inches as well as in countries that use centimeters,

how to display both units, or alternatively how to automatically display the correct one depending on geolocation please?

    Thank you.

    Hi there,

In order to differentiate based on country I favour a multisite approach using: https://multilingualpress.org/

    For reference: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/shop-currency/#section-4

    Kind regards,

    Hi,

200$ just to be able to display both inches and cm, and arguably different currencies on top, seems like a bit over the top for my needs. Isn’t there any other way?

The closest alternatives that I can think of include:

    • Using https://www.woocommerce.com/products/currency-converter-widget/ –> This will only deal with currencies and only indicates the price in other currencies (checkout will still occur in the base store currency). It doesn’t affect units of measure at all
    • Getting that custom developed for you by a web developer

Just a note: While the cost of that (i.e. $200) isn’t set by us, bear in mind that the consequences of such a setting are quite significant – especially when you take shipping into account. My suspicion is also that the cost of having something similar custom developed for your website might come in even more expensive.

    Hope it helps.
