how to display ACF base on curent user

Hi All. I’m looking for any advice how to display custom field from user meta, on front end base on curent user id. This code works ok but
<p> phone<?php the_field (‘phone’,’user_2′); ?></p> it display’s the same value of this custom field to all users, what i want to achieve is to show difrent user difrent phone number in front end.
