How to display 4 posts in one column??

Hello,

I am using this related post plugin for my website https://10starmovie.me/ I have set 8 Number of related posts to display. But i am facing one problem. I wanna set 4 posts in one column and other renaming 4 in next. But only 3 are displaying in first, 3 in next and 2 in other next.
