How to dismiss unwanted updates

    How can I dismiss unwanted update notifications in my sites WP admin control panel. I have an update notification for “WP Multibyte Patch” which is of no use to me but I cannot see a way of dismissing this notification. Any ideas ? Thanks

    I’ve managed to work this one out with the help of another user. I did not realize that I had the Multibyte Plugin installed and as this is no use to me then once I removed / deleted the plugin then the update notification disappeared.
