How to disconnect and connect a new wordpress.com/woocommerce.com account?

When I installed WooPayments on a clients shop, a former employee of my client connected WooPayments with his own E-Mail and wordpress.com account.
How can I disconnect WooPayments from his account and connect it to the account of my clients company?
In the Woopayments settings I see a “Verify business details” box and when I follow the process I always end up at an “Failed to retrieve account session. Please try again later.” error message.The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]
