    hello guys, i was learning how to use woocommerce and facebook, and i done a test website where i have installed facebook for woocommerce. Now i bought a domain and i want disconnect, delete the website in my facebook pixel. how i can i do that? from wordpress i can’t delete the code, and in facebook too. it is enough to delete the plugin in the old website? thank you

    Thanks for your question, and I hope you’ve been enjoying your WooCommerce journey so far!

    At the moment, Facebook does not allow you to delete pixels created under your personal account. That said, if you’re looking to go live with a different domain then it should be possible to re-use the same pixel!

    To do so, you’ll want to remove the plugin settings from the current test site, to make sure that the pixel is no longer in use. You can do this by navigating to the plugin settings at WooCommerce > Settings > Integration > Facebook for WooCommerce and click the Manage Connection button.

    This will pop-up the Facebook settings window where you can navigate to Advanced Options and then click the Remove button to delete the plugin settings, and go back to a clean slate.

    With that done, you can then install the Facebook for WooCommerce plugin on your new site, with the new domain, and run through the setup wizard once again to link everything up. This time it should allow you to choose the existing pixel, and away you go! ??

    I have a similar issue, I created a separate thread for it. Unfortunately we don’t have access to the Facebook account, when we try to connect to facebook it says your account has been disabled. We already submitted verification details but during covid this will take longer than usual. We need to remove the old settings so that we can connect with new account. Any help in this regard will be highly appreciated.

    I tried to delete two tables (mentioned in my thread) from DB it didn’t work.
