    I turned on Image CDN a while back and it’s been working just fine. Until now. Now I’m seeing empty thumbnails and missing pictures, and when I click on the link to the picture, it gives me an error message:
    Sorry, the parameters you provided were not valid

    If I remove the i0.wp.com at the beginning of the URL, the picture appears just fine, so I don’t know what parameters are invalid.

    But here’s the kicker: I Deactivated Image CDN four days ago and it is still running. Uploading new images is hit or miss – sometimes they show up, most times they do not.

    So I need to know, either how to “fix” the parameters thing, or how to disconnect from CDN.

    Hi @saladgoat

    Jetpack Tiled Galleries use our Site Accelerator CDN even if it you aren’t using it elsewhere on your site. I think what is happening is that we are being blocked by your server:

    When we request resized images, the CDN will ping your server to make sure the images exist. I think something is blocking those requests.

    I noticed that you have a security plugin installed, could you temporarily try disabling that to see if that fixes the issue? I’d also recommend clearing any site caches that you might have.

    Thank you for your quick response. I have tried without the security plugin but it was the same result. Not surprising, since I have been using that plugin for a few years and your CDN has worked fine up until recently. I have forwarded your screenshot to my hosting provider to find the problem.

    They changed the IP address of my site and now the images are loading fine. Thanks!
