How to disable woocommerce menu?

No matter what I do, it renders the woocommerce menu on top of my header. In the theme customizer I have no option to remove it, because it put in the default menu instead and I can′t use that either.

The problem is, that I use the same menu items under the header too and it gives no meaning to use two menus with exactly the same items.

The same problem occurs on the mobile phone, two menus are visible in the top of the display confusing the customers.

I do not need two menus how can I remove or disable the top woocommerce menu?

Or is this a theme question?
