    Hi,

You can use the shortcode [dropcap] and disable automatic drop cap feature. The automatic feature with exclusion feature is available in premium version.

    Thanks!

hi thanks for supporting. Unfortunately, I tried [dropcap]M[/dropcap] but it didn’t work. More over, I am getting this double dropping cap: https://37.60.224.253/~silviogu/staging.com/

I see the drop cap is working normally on the page. Is it okay now?

Well, actually not. While it works properly on posts, on pages it has two issues:
    1) there are two drop caps in two different paragraph, and if the first paragraph starts with a strong tag the drop cap moves on the second paragraph
    2) the [dropcap]x[/dropcap] does not disable the automatic drop cap

The drop cap shortcode is not intended to disable automatic drop cap. It’s used to create a drop cap. The automatic drop cap will always work unless disabled by automatic drop cap feature in premium version.

    Hope it helps.
