    Hello !

I am using Boxzilla to display popups on my website, and I love how it works !!!

I have one problem, I would like to disable the double opt-in in the Bowzilla Boxes. When someone sign-up through my form in a Boxzilla Box, they have to confirm their address email. I would like to disable this.

How can I set up this ?

    Thanks a lot !
    Sara

    Hi Sara,

Boxzilla does not have any forms build in for singing up. What form are you using?

If you are using our other plugin: MailChimp for WordPress, you can turn off the double opt-in under the form settings.

    Hope that helps!

    Hi Lap,

I’m having the same issue as Sara with my Boxzilla popups.

When you click the subscribe button it takes you to a confirmation page. It says “Almost Finished…We need to confirm your email address”. Then the page does nothing and you have to click a button to return to the website.

I am using Mailchimp for WordPress and I have turned off double opt in as suggested above but it still doesn’t work.

Just visit https://www.remilane.com/blue-beauty/, try to sign up and you’ll see what I mean.

    Thanks in advance

    Hello Kelvin,

Please note that the BoxZilla plugin does not create forms. Using our plugin you can only create pop-ups. I checked your website and noticed you have copy pasted the form code from MailChimp.com. When you use their form “double opt-in” is mandatory. If you do not want to use their forms you can create one using one of our plugins “MailChimp for WordPress“.
