I don’t think creating the new images is bad. It creates the thumbnails that are only needed based on the dimensions that you specify. This is better than using full size images and scaling them down with CSS. And, it has been one of the most requested features which I implemented in v2.0

The plugin uses the inbuilt WordPress image functions for this. If you don’t want a new image created, you can easily do so by selecting anything other than Custom Size under Thumbnail options. e.g. choose Thumbnail to choose the thumbnail size created by WordPress.

My blog post images are the same size that should be in the plugin. He creates the same pictures again. I do not know how to turn off.

What options do not choose constantly creates new images the same as the default in posts

Tomeh, i’ve already answered the question above. The plugin only generates new images as necessary.

If the picture of the correct size exists, then it doesn’t create a new image.

Helpful if you can post a screenshot of your settings page.

I have a problem that when I set the image size in the widget it still does not work and we take the value of the options set in the main panel plugin

    Thank you.

I strongly suggest using the right image size. Today hosting data is not that much of an issue, but load time definitely is.

You might want to give OTF-Regenerate-Thumbnails a shot. It creates the images as needed.
