How to Disable the ‘Choose a Pattern’ Popup in WordPress TwentyTwentyFour

Hey there,

Would it be possible to add somekind of a way to Disable the ‘Choose a Pattern’ Popup in WordPress TwentyTwentyFour? The theme in itself is really good to work with. But the patterns are not actually useful at all after you have created the layout and such. So the modal that pops up everytime is not that useful and it’s starting to annoy some folks that use this daily.
