How to disable the “Be Safe With An Automatic Backup” popup

    Version 2.16.66.25

    1. UpdraftPlus Automatic Backups is disabled in expert settings
    2. Settings are wiped via Advanced Tools as suggested in another thread
    3. The active theme has been switched to Twenty TwentyOne
    4. All other plugins are deactivated except UpdraftPlus and a plugin to update (we tried WooCommerce, Contact Form 7, Regenerate Thumbnails, Yoast SEO, Wordfence Security)
    5. UpdraftPlus plugin has been deactivated and activated

    The notice still popups every time when we try to update a plugin.

    Please help
