How to disable structured data from plugin?

First of all: I love this plugin!
If you use Google’s structured data tool (https://developers.google.com/structured-data/testing-tool/) it gives errors on checking the json-data provided by the plugin (the lines starting with <script type=’application/ld+json’>)
I’m using manual structure data markup, but can’t seem to find a way to disable the plugins ones (without hacking the code….)
