How to disable search box in Alterna WP theme??

  • Hi,

    I’m working with Alterna responsive wp theme version 1.3 and I need to get rid of the little search box in the menu bar. Anyone out there with a kind heart and a solution?

    I know the basics but I once tried to fix this myself with another theme by erasing the search-form.php and this messed up the entire site. So I could use some information and instructions ??
