How to Disable Repetition of Headings below Menu

1) Please head over to Customizing > Blog > Single Post and find the “Page Header Title” option, then change it to the “blog”.
Or disable it from: Customizing > General Options > Page Title.

2) Since you have using the block editor, you need to find that option to styling section for your block, which you use. or using the custom CSS. So you can put the CSS below in Customizing > Custom CSS/JS > CSS Code:

#wrap .wp-block-button__link {border-radius: 0 !important;}
