I want to know if its possible to disable the popup when clicking on an event, instead I want to redirect the user to an URL, this would avoid the extra step of displaying the popup and then the redirection to the URL.

    How can I do this?

    Thanks and regards!

Go to My Calendar > Settings > Output and check the option “Open link to event details page” (text approximate; I’m not looking at it right now and don’t remember the exact label.)

Thanks for your reply. The checked option you mentioned is for view the event details page instead of the popup, but I’d like to know if I can be redirected to any URL I want instead of the event details page nor view the popup.

For example, if I’m at the grid calendar and I view all the events of the month, I want to clic at any of them and be redirected to a specific URL that is not inside my site. I want to avoid the extra-step for the user of view the popup or be redirected to the event details page.

I hope made myself more clear.

Thanks in advance for your help and hope this is possible.

    Regards.

Yes – if you edit the grid title template (My Calendar > Settings > Text) to use a template tag that renders the event link, e.g. {link_title}, then it’ll use that link instead.
