How to disable plugins that came inside of a theme?

They dont show up on my plugin list, but I would like remove disqus and whatever is using sharethis inside of my theme. They keep showing up on gtmetrix.com when i run a test for my page. I am led to believe these are some of the things slowing my site down. If anyone else has any insight on what it could be I’d appreciate a look.
