How to disable plugin in certain post or category

  • I need to know how I can tell wordpress to ignore plugins like social bookmarking plugins that add links at the bottoms of posts. I need to display a certain category in the sidebar, and don’t want it to display the social bookmarking plugin after each entry.

    Anyone know how I can do that?
