• I am working on the site HelloJenni.com for a client and she loves how it looks on the computer. Yet when you go to mobile it pulls up a mobile version of her site in weird colors/set up/ and just says “my website” at the top.

If you go to the very bottom you can switch to classic view, and it looks perfect.

How can i make it so that it goes directly to classic view and not the ugly mobile theme? Thanks!

Try deactivating all plugins to see whether any could be responsible. If none are then it may be worth contacting your hosts about this.

The Twenty Twelve theme is responsive, but it shouldn’t turn a page alien.

    That’s likely JetPack mobile.

Thank you all for your responses- I am really confused as to why this is happening.

I disabled all of the plugins and it was still looking like that.

    Any other options?

Is it hosted on GoDaddy? Ask them how to turn that off.
