Is there any way to disable the captcha on a specific page where another plugin is also using reCaptcha and causing a conflict?

    Hi,

Could you please describe your problem in more detail? Please specify what reCaptcha version you use and with what plugin you have a compatibility issue.

We are having a problem with the Business Directory Pro plugin. They have a directory listing form that also uses reCaptcha. Both are using the same V3 keys. We have also tried it using V2 for both.

Since there is a conflict, does that mean your captcha is also trying to block spam on their form? I might be able to disable their reCaptcha.

This is what Business Directory Pro support said:

We’ve been doing some more testing on this and it appears that the problem is that the “reCaptcha by BestWebSoft” plugin overrides BD reCaptcha implementation by redirecting users to WP login form.

    Hi,

We don’t claim that the reCaptcha plugin is compatible with the Business Directory Pro plugin.

Is that a backwards way of saying it is not compatible?

    Hi,

It is mean that if we don’t claim that the reCaptcha plugin is compatible with the Business Directory Pro plugin, we can not guarantee that these two products will work properly together.

Okay, is there any code snippet that I can add to disable the plug in on a specific page so that it will not interfere?

    Hi,

This functionality is not available. We will consider it, and if we deem it necessary, we will make the necessary changes to the plugin.
