    Hi,

I noticed that Templately is loading Gutenberg patterns from the following API:

    https://app.templately.com/api/v1/gutenberg-patterns

Could you please explain what this API does exactly? I would also like to disable this feature in my WordPress setup. Is there a way to prevent Templately from fetching these patterns? Perhaps a filter, action hook, or a setting in the plugin?

Additionally, would disabling this API cause any issues with the plugin’s functionality?

Thanks in advance for your help!

    Best,

    Hi @ketabshop ,
    Greetings, Sorry for any inconvenience.

The API you’re referring to is used by Templately to fetch Gutenberg patterns for seamless integration into your WordPress setup. It allows the plugin to provide you with a variety of pre-designed patterns that you can easily use in your pages and posts. However, I’ve forwarded your query to the related team for further investigation.

We’ll let you know the update soon.
    Thanks!

    Hi @ketabshop ,
    Hope you’re doing well.

We’ve cross-checked your query with our team and regret to inform you that we currently don’t have an option to disable the Pattern API. However, we plan to introduce an option to disable it as soon as possible, hopefully before the next release.

In the meantime, if you wish to disable the Pattern API, you can add this code to the wp-config.php file.

    define( 'EB_PATTERN', false );

You will find the wp-config.php file under your WordPress directory. You can also read this blog to modify the wp-config.php file:?https://wpdeveloper.com/troubleshoot-preview-loading-error-elementor/

Please check and let us know how it goes for you.
    Thanks!

Thank you for following up! The issue has been resolved, but it would be great if an option could be added to the settings section for improved functionality.

    Hi @ketabshop,

Thank you for the confirmation. We’re currently working on enhancing its functionality and planning to add a controller to disable the pattern. We will be closing this topic for now. However, we’ll keep you informed and share the update once we release a new version with the improvements.

    Best regards,
