How to disable free trial when renew

    All plans have a 1-day free trial. But when member renew his plan, he will still get the free trial. How to disable the free trial when renew?

    Hi @shawnliu,

    What payment gateways are you using?

    The free trial is received once per account for one pan. And also once per card, for example, if a user pays with a card for a plan with a free trial period and then creates another account and subscribes to the same plan with the same card, he will not receive the free trial period again.

    I am using stripe as the default payment gateway.

    Good to know that the free trial is received once per account ?per card for one plan.?Quite powerful.

    Another further question: can subscription plans catered for different countries/regions? For example, I have 5 plans for China market in Chinese, and another 4 different plans in French for France, and 10 more different plans in Thai for Thailand, and so on. How to configure these for different market?

    Hi @shawnliu,

    Unfortunately no, our plugin does not currently support the configuration of subscription plans based on different countries within the same site.
