How To Disable Forced Registeration Page In WordPress

Hi All Friends,recently i created a classified website using wordpress,but when other users tries to add a new listing in my site ,it asks to login,i don’t want to force user to register,it must be a optional one,so please help to clear this problem,my site url site ads.frunu.com
