    Hi,

Recently I have installed “Performance Lab” by WordPress Performance Group.

After I enabled its “WebP Uploads“, I can see “Run WebP upgrade” option added by the EWWW Image Optimizer in WordPress Media page. After I run “Run WebP upgrade”, my site images show 404 errors.

I would like to use WebP as the default image, therefore how do I disable Ewww “Run WebP upgrade” option?

I can see “Run WebP upgrade” option use following URL.

    https://example.com/wp-admin/options.php?page=ewww-image-optimizer-webp-migrate

    EWWW

I’m not certain where that “Run WebP upgrade” link is coming from, but I don’t believe it’s a part of our plugin. Our plugin will automatically generate and deliver WebP images for you if you want. You don’t need to use another plugin for that. As for what that other plugin is adding or doing, I can’t really say. If you don’t want our plugin to do anything with WebP, you can disable the WebP conversion settings in the plugin settings.
