How to disable email notification when wordpress updated

  • I’m using wordpress 3.9 alpha for dev, the version updated once a day.Two email are sent to me each day.

    for example:

    [Demo for Leniy’s Blog] Background updates have finished
    [Demo for Leniy’s Blog] Your site was updated to WordPress 3.9-alpha-20131222

    So how to disable this action?
