How to disable coupons for abandoned cart emails ?

    I want to disable coupons for abandoned cart emails, how can I do that ? I don’t want to give customers coupon for recovering abandoned cart. Is there any way to so such thing ?

    Hi @chintangrapes,

    Sorry for the late reply to this.

    You must have enabled the setting “Generate unique coupon codes” in our email template OR added the WooCommerce coupon code under the “Enter a coupon code to add into email” setting in our email template. These settings generate the coupon code and send it via reminder email. Kindly disable the “Generate unique coupon codes” setting so the coupons will not generate and send in the reminder email. Also, if you have added the coupon code under the “Enter a coupon code to add into email” setting then please remove the same.

    Please do the same and let us know if still the coupon is sending in the reminder email.
