I want to display Chatbot just on some specified pages. In the Tutorial, it says could uncheck option ‘Inject Chatbot in the entire website’. However, in my setting, I couldn’t find this option.

I selected ‘Site-Wide Chat’ to ‘None’, it didn’t work. I unchecked ‘Popup’ in ‘Visual Settings’, it didn’t work. The Chatbot still displays on all pages.

Please advise where I could disable the Chatbot in entire website.

    Hi,

If you disable the Side-Wide Chat to None, the chatbot will not be added anywhere. If you still see it, it’s because of caching, and you’ll need to reset it.

I already clean browser’s cache, and WordPress cache plugin’s cache. It didn’t work. Do you think it may be because of conflict with the theme?

I don’t think it’s the conflict with the theme – AI Engine doesn’t inject the chatbot by itself, except if you use the Side-Wide Chat option or the Inject Default Chatbot with the Legacy Chatbot (if you were using that). So it should just be this ??
