How to disable category on sendin advert

I purchased wpadverts plugind and all addons, I run a real estate web site adds, and I want that some categories be disable, for example:

On realestate>for rent>condos.. I need that people can not choose realestate>for rent but yes they can select condos.

How can I do it?

My problem is that people is advertising on wrong catedory because they can choice parent categories.
