How to Disable Browser Static File Caching Headers

@wardencenter If there are no WP-Optimize entries in .htaccess file then Browser Static File Caching Headers should be disabled on your server.

Do you see its enabled in WP-Optimize > Cache > Static file headers?

Yes, Wp-Optimize > Cache > Static file headers is exactly where I’m seeing it enabled.

@wardencenter You can ignore it, if you have all the WP-Optmize .htaccess rules removed then Browser Static File Caching Headers should be disabled.

Ok – so it’s just a bit of static text, and not an actual indicator of the status of “Browser Static File Caching Headers?”

Just need to confirm since we use a different plugin for our caching.
