How to Disable Add Helpie FAQ Shortcode Button

    Hello

    I’m using “Elementor Pro” and my problem is when I install the “Helpie FAQ” and use it together. And when I run the tool in “Elementor Pro”, the “Text Editor”, the tool to add Text, it prompts “Failed to initialize plugin: pardotformsshortcodeinsert” which I understand it collides with “plugin: pardot forms . ” which I use as well, and the “Helpie FAQ” button is called “Add Helpie FAQ Shortcode”.
    I want to know how to fix it so it doesn’t collide. or how to turn off “Add Helpie FAQ Shortcode” button please help me.

    as I said I want to turn off the “Add Helpie FAQ Shortcode” button, is there any way please help me?

    Hi @pknack ,

    Sorry for missing this ticket.

    Currently, we do not have any option to turn off the button, but I have added this to our backlog and have also conveyed this to my development team.

    As of now, I suppose you should be able to hide this using custom css, but not sure about that as it has interaction with Elementor. However, I will make sure to let you know once we give an option to disable it.
