• Hello,

    I have Sparkpost successfully working separately on a site but CF7 is not sending. I always get a red error not sent box.

    WPdebug is enabled and there are no errors in the log file, sadly, so I have nothing to diagnose it. Is there some debug/log flag / location I can look at?

    BTW could a red box come from a recaptcha issue, or does the red box come later after recaptcha is happy?

    Hi there,

    Thanks for the FAQ link (I had been through these). The mail setup is functional, accessible, etc. and it sends mail successfully otherwise every day. There is no SMTP host issue. wp_mail() is going through Sparkpost’s plugin and their http api, which I believe should coexist nicely with CF7.

    CF7 happened to come installed with a responsible theme developer/distributor (8theme)’s theme, so I can be sure it’s not the theme per se. It should work with their theme.

    I have also tried with no reply address etc. in CF7.

    I know you can’t possibly diagnose every situation, which is why I was hoping for some logging or debug route. Is there something? I am happy to hack around if needed. I am asking the same of Sparkpost’s plugin team.
