How to delete this ? ?

    Hello,

    I have empty lines in my short and long description.
    When I check the product description in your plugin I see:

    
<p><span style="font-size: small;">?</span></p>

    So I try to search and replace this line by nothing (I let the line empty in your form). but the edit does not work and I cannot save.

    Can you tell me what I am doing wrong ?

    You should be able to search/replace that using the Bulk Editor. I just did a quick test and confirmed that it will search/replace HTML values.

    Try confirming that the search/replace feature is working at all by choosing something like the text “small” and see if that works. If so, then try style=”font-size: small;” and finally the full value.

    Thank you but it doesn’t work.
    I can change some other HTML but not this exactly

    It could be that it is encoded, for example:

    <p><span style="font-size: small;"> </span></p>

    I’m not sure how that will translate in the forums so I’m going to email you directly to continue troubleshooting.

    Thank you so much for the great support ! Your plugin is the most useful that I ever used.
    I would be great if Woocommerce was coded by you, at least it would be reliable !
