    Hi there, I have an issue where I have set the Hold stock (minutes) to 60 min. “(Hold stock (for unpaid orders) for x minutes. When this limit is reached, the pending order will be cancelled. Leave blank to disable.)”, however the clients carts do not get cleared after 60 minutes and the items are not returned to stock after 60 minutes.

    As my store offers many unique items where the stock is just 1, it is imperative that the cart does not hold inventory for more than 60 min. Is there another setting for this, or something is not functioning correctly for my site?

    Thank you for opening your own thread! I see you’re opening on the Square forums, do you use Square as your payment method? If so, please can you enable the Square logs by going to your WooCommerce → Settings → Square → Enable Logging.

    Please share any related logs after orders with this issue happen again.

    In the meantime, I’d like to understand your site properly. Please share with us the necessary information below for us to investigate the issue further:

    • System Status Report?which you can find via WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support.
    • Fatal error logs?(if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.
