    Hello,

    We don’t love the new way yescookie is going with all the limitations and the use of the online dashboard.

    We also noticed that our website is going a bit slower, so we digged and found out a script.js is causing over 250 ms TTFB

    https://cdn-cookieyes.com/client_data/******/script.js

    So how can we delete our account in full? Delete the plugin in full and from our database?

    Hi @memt-network,

    Greetings from CookieYes!

    We are sorry that you encountered such a problem with our plugin. We are continually striving to improve our plugin with each version. However, if you decide that you no longer want the CookieYes account, simply visit the dashboard and select the profile settings menu from the drop-down menu on the upper right. The button to delete the account can be found by clicking the Account settings menu?there.

    Apply the following code to WP-config.php, deactivate the plugin, and then delete it to remove all plugin data from the WordPress database.

    define('CKY_REMOVE_ALL_DATA', true);

    All information pertaining to the plugin will be erased after deletion.`
