How to delete Paypal buttons on product and cart page?

You may hide buttons using below code in CSS:

.paypal-button-layout-horizontal .zoid-visible {
display: none;
}

.wcppec-checkout-buttons__separator {
display: none;
}

.zoid-visible {
display: none;
}

It looks like you are using PayPal Checkout, and the PayPal Buttons are being added to the single product page as part of that.
