How to delete outdated sitemaps and customize URLs?

Hello,
I just installed YoastSEO plugin and activated the XML sitemap feature. Now YoastSEO shows me an index of sitemaps, some are older ones, I want to delete older sitemaps and only keep the most up to date one. How can I delete unnecessary sitemaps?
