• We are using Events Manager 5.12.1.
We have many regular events and we want to delete them if they are more than 1 month in the past.
In the EM list of events I can select 20 of them, click on “to litter box”. Then they are in the litter box and I have to do a “final delete” on all of them.
As we have many events in a month this is quite inconvenient.

Is there a way to select all events prior to a date X for deleting them?
Or is there at least a way to extend the count of events in the events list to more than 20?

    Hi,

Yes, you can use a custom SQL command and then use table wp_em_events then column or field event_start_date as reference.

    Hi,
first its not a nice option having to delete WordPress data by a SQL command I have to create on my own.

Further I’m not sure if your advice works well: if I delete rows from the wp_em_events table only what happens to e.g. all the applied categories? They are set in the generic WordPress table wp_term_relationships with a reference to the post_id of an event. Is a function/relationship set in the database for “if a row from the wp_em_events table is deleted corresponding rows of the wp_term_relationships table are auto-deleted too”?

Apparently not: I’ve deleted an event with the DELETE button of phpMyAdmin from the wp_em_events table. But a row with the post_id of the deleted event still exists in the wp_term_relationships table – an orphan now.
