How To Delete IThemes Security?

I can not access wp-login.php unless I deactivate iThemes Security through CPanel. I changed the better-wp-security folder to better-wp-security-old to deactivate iThemes. I can now log in to my wp-admin and iThemes is showing “inactive”.
If I simply hit the Delete button will this remove all traces of iThemes from my site or will I have to remove some it manually in CPanel?
