How to DELETE Encoding on my website

  • I took over management of our website from someone and have no idea what I’m doing. I had two spots for videos that were previously installed. I wanted them OFF my public website so I went into PLUGIN and tried to deactivate anything that was related to video.

    That didn’t work as the encoding (?) was now in place of the actual videos.

    I tried to DELETE them thinking it would go away but the script/encoding is still there.

    HOW DO I GET RID OF ENCODING SCRIPT ON MY PUBLIC WEBSITE NOW
