Those reports are generated based on PMPro order and membership history data from your site. In order to clear the reports, that test data will have to be deleted entirely.
Our recommended strategy for clearing that data is by using our PMPro Developer’s Toolkit Add On (also available on GitHub), which has scripts that you can run to delete all member data (orders and membership history) and also clear the views, visits, and login report data.
